BOSS 4x4s WARNING ON AFTERMARKET LIFTS, ACCESSORIES AND KITS!  

BOSS 4x4s Limitation of Liability

Installing a lift kit, leveling kit or lifting suspension components does raise the center of gravity on the vehicle which the kit/components are installed.  These added components will make the vehicle/truck more susceptable to tip over when turning, or when driving on sloping terrain.

Installation techs, mechanics, owners, and operators must follow instructions from manufacturers and warnings exactly to avoid damage to the vehicle/truck, other property, or serious bodily injury or death to oneself or others.

The user is knowingly modifying the suspension system of the vehicle and assumes liability for any damage it could cause. Improper installation or misuse of any product manufactured or sold by BOSS 4x4s could result in property damage, injury, or death to the driver, passenger, or bystanders.

The products user/customer of BOSS 4x4s must know that they require frequent maintenance when compared to the factory/OEM suspension. Not following the maintenance schedule will cause the products to prematurely wear and can lead to eventual failure. If the components within the suspension system or accessories become worn, the safety and reliability of the vehicle is at risk.  The maintenance of aftermarket equipment that ensures the vehicles occupant’s safety, is entirely your responsibility.  You must not purchase from BOSS 4x4s if you are unwilling/unable to accept this responsibility.

BOSS 4x4s will not be liable for ANY damages resulting from, or caused by the installation of any lift kits, suspension components, accessories or any other products or parts we sell.

Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Boss 4x4s reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions

These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. Boss 4x4s reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Privacy

We keep your personal information private and secure. BOSS 4x4s never keeps any credit card info on file at any time. When you make a purchase from Boss 4x4s, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number and a password. We use this information to process your order(s), to keep you updated on your purchases and to personalize your shopping experience.  

Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to this store. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. Please consult each site's privacy policy for more information. Boss 4x4s is not responsible for the actions of third parties.

Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.  Returns must be pre-authorized by contacting dschmid@boss4x4s.  An RMA Number will be issued if approved to begin the process.  Please allow up to 4 business days before a credit will be given to your credit card.  

Lift Kits, Leveling kits and Shocks Return Policy

Lifts, shocks and leveling kits maybe return with prior authorization only if they have not been installed/mounted to the vehicle and must be in their original boxes and be purchased in the last 30 days. Customer will be responsible for any shipping costs and there will be a 15% restocking fee on custom orders a 35% restocking fee will be charged.

Wheel Only Returns & Exchange Policy

Wheels that have not been mounted, that are in their original boxes, and were purchased in the last 30 days may be returned to BOSS 4x4s.  Customer will be responsible for any shipping costs to return wheels.

There will be a 15% restocking fee charged on all returns with a minimum restocking fee of $15.00. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee or the return of mounted wheels to BOSS 4x4s. The customer/installer MUST test fit each wheel on the vehicle before mounting tires to verify fitment. Prior approval must be received by BOSS 4x4s before returning or exchanging. Restocking fees will be charged on ALL exchanges.

Tire Returns & Exchanges

Tires that have NOT been run on the vehicle and were purchased in the last 30 days may be eligible for returned. Tires MUST have the manufacturers ID sticker intact and on the tire in it’s original location. There will be a 15% restocking fee charged on all returns of tires with a minimum restocking fee of $39.95. Tires MUST have the manufacturer sticker intact. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee or the return of wheel and tire packages that have been run on the vehicle. Mounting and Balancing charges will not be refunded. The return form below MUST be accompanied with ALL returns and exchanges before credit is given.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Restocking fees will be charged on ALL exchanges.

Wheel & Tire Package Returns & Exchange Policy

Wheel and tire packages that have not been installed and run on the vehicle and were purchased in the last 30 days may be returned. There will be a 15% restocking fee charged on all returns with a minimum restocking fee of $39.95. Tires MUST have the manufacturers ID sticker intact. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee or the return of wheel and tire packages that have been run on the vehicle. Mounting and Balancing charges will not be refunded. The return form below will be accompanied with ALL returns and exchanges before credit is given. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Taxes

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Boss 4x4s holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Boss 4x4s shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Boss 4x4s shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Boss 4x4s will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price
